What You Bring

• Strong technical knowledge of Building Regulations and relevant construction standards. The ability to undertake site inspections and assess construction quality and building defects. Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with construction professionals, clients and members of the public. Commercial awareness and a collaborative approach. The ability to manage your own workload, prioritise effectively and meet deadlines. A flexible approach, with the confidence to use your own initiative and positively influence others. What You’ll Need A minimum Associate-level or similar surveying qualification, such as AssocRICS, TechCIOB, Grad CABE, ACABE or equivalent , with the ambition to progress towards full chartered membership. Registration as a minimum Class 2A Registered Building Inspector . Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook and SharePoint. A full UK driving licence (automatic or manual).
