• Relevant post-graduate tertiary qualifications in a related healthcare discipline and/or relevant experience.
• Experience in clinical cell therapy or blood transplantation
• Capacity to manage and negotiate effectively with internal and external stakeholders in the development of projects and monitor the achievement of targets and deadlines
• Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to produce high quality reports involving high level spoken and written English skills
• Knowledge of and experience in quality management including the implementation of quality improvements, quality processes and audit systems especially in the context of clinical care
• Knowledge of the principles of effective data collection, management and interrogation with an understanding of data quality assurance.
• Proven conceptual, analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to analyse data and interpret information from different sources.
• Experience with quality programs such as Q pulse and statistical software such as SPSS
