• We are looking for Brow Designers / Brow Artists with a strong technical and commercial profile, focused on delivering a premium client experience — from aesthetic consultation and consultative sales to the execution of exclusive beauty procedures with excellence.
• ✨ This professional will perform Loveena’s exclusive protocols, recognized for their refined and natural results, including:
• Wild Brows (Natural Hair Stroke / Feather Brows) – an exclusive technique for natural eyebrow reconstruction and design;
• Lip Revitalization (Natural Lip Tint) – enhances lip color and hydration while maintaining a natural appearance;
• Brow Lamination – defines and aligns the brows for a polished and sophisticated look;
• Natural Lift – a non-invasive facial lifting technique that enhances expression and natural youthfulness.
• More than a technician, we are looking for an artist who sees beauty as a form of authenticity and natural expression.
• 💎 Position Requirements:
• Experience in brow design, brow lamination, micropigmentation, or natural enhancement techniques;
• Previous experience with premium customer service and high-end clientele;
• Strong consultative sales skills, including presenting treatments and closing procedures;
• Excellent communication skills, professional posture, and interpersonal abilities;
• Detail-oriented, strategic, and customer-experience driven mindset;
• Professionals currently based in Dubai or available for immediate relocation are highly preferred.

• Conduct personalized beauty consultations and recommend suitable treatments;
• Present protocols and convert consultations into sales;

• Ensure excellence in customer service, retention, and aftercare;
