Key Responsibilities

• Welcome clients, patients, and visitors with professionalism, warmth, and discretion;
• Deliver a premium customer experience aligned with Loveena Maison's luxury standards;
• Manage in-person, phone, email, and WhatsApp communications;
• Coordinate appointments, consultations, and aesthetic treatment schedules;
• Confirm bookings and support clients throughout their journey before, during, and after their appointments;
• Provide personalized assistance to ensure clients feel comfortable, valued, and cared for during their visit;
• Maintain accurate client records, contracts, forms, and administrative documentation;
• Support the commercial and operational teams with daily administrative activities;
• Ensure the reception and client areas remain immaculate and aligned with the brand's luxury image;
• Handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity;
• Contribute to client retention by delivering an exceptional, attentive, and welcoming experience.

• Fluent English (mandatory);

• Previous experience in reception, hospitality, customer service, or administrative roles;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Highly organized, proactive, and service-oriented profile;
• Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook);
• Experience with CRM or ERP systems is an advantage;
• Professional appearance and presentation suitable for a luxury environment.
