Beyond distribution, the company plays an active role in driving brand growth through localized marketing, commercial planning, retail execution, e-commerce development, and market expansion.
Working across categories such as personal care, baby care, home care, and health & wellness, AEW partners closely with global brand owners and regional customers to build brands with strong in-market relevance and commercial impact.
About the Role
We are looking for a
Brand Manager
to manage end-to-end brand strategy and execution, conduct market analysis and drive marketing campaigns through online and offline channels to drive brand growth and customer engagement, including brand positioning, product development & launch, budget management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to align branding efforts.
Reporting directly to the Marketing Head, this role requires a proactive, commercially minded, and hands-on individual who can turn brand strategy into strong digital execution across brand-building and conversion-driving touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute brand plans by translating broader brand strategy into relevant and effective local marketing initiatives
- Lead the development and execution of 360° marketing plans across digital, in-store, activations, and media channels
- Identify growth opportunities and build strong marketing platforms that support commercial priorities and drive brand relevance
- Lead product launches and key initiatives with clear focus on timing, market impact, and return on investment
- Work closely with Sales, E-commerce, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, and external partners to ensure strong execution across channels
- Act as a key marketing partner to the E-commerce team by supporting content, visibility, launches, and online growth opportunities
- Ensure brand activities are aligned with business priorities and executed effectively in-market
- Manage budgets, agencies, and external partners to deliver high-quality and commercially relevant output
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- MBA or equivalent is a plus
- 5–7 years of experience in Brand Management or Marketing roles
- FMCG / Consumer Goods experience is mandatory
- Experience in Regional / Middle East markets is preferred
- Proven exposure to product launches, ATL / BTL campaigns, and in-store execution
- Strong understanding of brand management and adapting strategies to local market needs
- Hands-on experience across 360° marketing tools and channels
- Good understanding of E-Commerce marketing, including content, visibility drivers, and sales-support initiatives
- Experience in managing budgets, digital & social media agencies, and external partners
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
