- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Branding, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.
- Approximately 5–8 years of experience in brand strategy, brand management, strategic communications, or content strategy.
- Demonstrable brand strategy experience, including positioning, propositions, messaging, brand architecture, or brand activation.
- Strong experience translating strategy into content and communication frameworks.
- Experience working with research, customer insights, and competitive analysis.
- Strong understanding of brand governance across channels and touchpoints.
- Experience managing agencies and complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
Advantageous experience and languages
- Financial-services experience is advantageous but not essential.
- Experience across multiple markets or culturally diverse audiences is highly valuable.
- English fluency is essential; Arabic capability is a strong advantage.
- Listed skills include brand strategy, content management, and research analysis.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage brand strategy, including positioning, propositions, messaging, architecture, and activation.
