Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Supervisor located in Jeddah. The Branch Supervisor will oversee day-to-day operations, manage staff, and ensure smooth workflow and exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include handling scheduling, monitoring inventory levels, enforcing company policies, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards. The role involves maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and supervising team members to achieve operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, team management, and conflict resolution skills
• Proficiency in supervising daily operations, scheduling, and resource management
• Customer service and communication skills to ensure a positive customer experience
• Knowledge of food safety, health regulations, and cleanliness standards
• Flexibility, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to challenges
• Previous experience in the food service or hospitality industry is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Proficiency in both Arabic and English is an asset
