- الوصف الوظيفي:
- نبحث عن مدير عمليات يمتلك عقلية تشغيلية قوية، قادر على إدارة الفرع بكفاءة عالية وضمان تحقيق أفضل أداء يومي من حيث المبيعات، تجربة العميل، وجودة التنفيذ داخل الفرع.
- الدور لا يقتصر على الإدارة، بل يتطلب قيادة ميدانية مستمرة، متابعة دقيقة للتفاصيل، وقدرة على تحسين الأداء بشكل يومي.
- المهام والمسؤوليات:
- إدارة العمليات اليومية للفرع وضمان سير العمل بكفاءة عالية
- رفع مستوى المبيعات من خلال تحسين عرض المنتجات وتوجيه الفريق
- مراقبة تجربة العميل داخل الفرع ومعالجة أي خلل فورًا
- الإشراف على نظافة وترتيب الفرع وفق أعلى المعايير
- التأكد من توفر المنتجات وإدارة النواقص بشكل استباقي
- تحليل أداء المنتجات (الأكثر والأقل مبيعًا) واتخاذ قرارات توزيع وعرض ذكية
- إدارة الفريق (توجيه، متابعة، تقييم الأداء، رفع الإنتاجية)
- ضمان تطبيق سياسات الشركة ومعايير التشغيل بدقة
- تقليل الهدر وتحسين استخدام الموارد
- المتطلبات:
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3–5 سنوات في إدارة فروع (تجزئة / سوبرماركت / مطاعم)
- شخصية قيادية ميدانية (ليس عمل مكتبي فقط)
- قدرة عالية على تحليل الأداء واتخاذ قرارات سريعة
- مهارات قوية في إدارة الفرق وتحفيز الموظفين
- تحمل ضغط العمل والعمل ضمن بيئة سريعة
- اهتمام عالي بالتفاصيل والجودة
- مؤشرات الأداء (KPIs):
- نمو المبيعات اليومية
- مستوى رضا العملاء
- تقليل الهدر والخسائر
- جودة عرض المنتجات داخل الفرع
- التزام الفريق بالمعايير التشغيلية
