Role Overview
Chord is looking for a
Branch Operations & Customer Experience Manager
to lead day-to-day operations while ensuring a seamless customer journey and supporting business growth.
This role combines operations management, customer experience, and commercial awareness, requiring someone who can balance execution with performance.
