Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily venue operations and maintain hygiene, safety, and guest-experience standards.
• Lead, train, and motivate team members; monitor performance and schedule shifts.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
• Oversee cash handling, inventory, and daily reporting.
• Coordinate promotions and events with operations and marketing teams.
• Ensure proper care and safety for visiting dogs and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for guests and pets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and health and safety regulations.

Education and experience

• Two to four years of retail experience, such as in a pet store or veterinary practice.
• Relevant diploma in management.
• Knowledge of pet safety, dog behavior, or dog park operations is listed as a qualification.

Skills and competencies

• Fluent spoken and written English and Arabic.
• Strong leadership, communication, people-management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage schedules, budgets, inventory, and vendor relations.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; familiarity with POS systems, inventory tools, or operations software is listed.
• Service-oriented, dependable, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
