Role overview

Work arrangement

• The role is on-site full-time, Monday through Friday.

What you will do

• Manage branch reception and provide excellent customer service to clients.
• Support the branch manager and team and help maintain efficient branch operations.
• Respond to client requests, answer questions, and provide administrative support to meet client needs.
• Maintain compliance standards in client dealings and client files.
• Conduct administrative processes associated with branch management.
• Collaborate with the team to find solutions and connect clients with appropriate opportunities.
• Attend local events and participate in marketing and outreach activities.

Who you are

• Degree or diploma in business; the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) is an asset.
• Bring attention to detail and critical-thinking skills.
• Prioritize clients, build relationships, and provide attentive service.
• Show curiosity, willingness to learn, and respect for differing perspectives.
