We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Booking Agent / Customer Service Representative to handle reservations, assist customers with inquiries, and ensure a smooth booking experience.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person
- Manage bookings, reservations, and cancellations accurately
- Provide information about services, pricing, and availability
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Upsell or cross-sell relevant services when appropriate
- Follow company policies and service standards
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Proven experience in customer service or booking/reservations roles
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and booking/CRM systems
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Good organizational and time management skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,700.00 - AED5,778.00 per month
