Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a BMS Sales Executive based in Doha, Qatar.
The BMS Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales of Building Management Systems (BMS) in line with organizational targets.
Key tasks include identifying and developing new business opportunities, building enduring client relationships, conducting market research, making persuasive sales presentations, and preparing proposals.
The incumbent will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal service delivery and maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship management
- Proficiency in market research and business development strategies
- Strong technical knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS) or related ELV systems
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to meet sales targets and maintain a client-focused approach
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in the Qatar market or understanding of local regulations is an advantage
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
