Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of Ashghal drawing standards, formats, and submission requirements.
- Proficient in AutoCAD 2D drafting and experienced in preparing as-built drawings.
- Able to read and interpret MEP, BMS, ELV, and architectural drawings.
- Prepare shop drawings, layouts, and schematics to consultant requirements.
- Knowledge of Qatar Construction Specifications (QCS).
Project and Documentation Skills
- Familiarity with consultant and Ashghal approval procedures.
- Handle drawing revisions, document control, and version management.
- Coordinate with site engineers and consultants.
- Prepare IFC, IFP, and as-built submission packages.
Coordination and Site Skills
- Understand site conditions and redline markups.
- Update drawings based on site changes and inspections.
- Coordinate with multiple disciplines to avoid clashes.
Soft Skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
Work Arrangement
- Full-time role; work location is in person.
