Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, Fermentation Science, or applicable Engineering
- 2+ years of experience or equivalent degree/certification/education
Preferred Qualifications:
- Displays excellent project management skills by tracking and organizing all documentation and communication relevant to active projects.
- Basic laboratory techniques and core skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Proven ability to work in a flexible and changing schedule.
- Must possess the technical skills to work in a lab, pilot plant, and manufacturing scale environments.

- At the Boston Beer Company and in accordance with pay transparency laws, we are open about our salary ranges. For this role, the salary range is between $61,000 and $109,000. However, it’s important to note that where the person hired starts in this range is dependent on their related experience, skillset and location. Additionally, this position qualifies for a discretionary annual bonus based on company and individual performance, and certain sales roles might include a car allowance.
