Qualifications and experience

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma and at least 5 years of relevant consultancy experience.
• High skill in Revit MEPF and other building services; fully conversant with BIM 360 collaboration configuration.
• Full understanding of LOD specifications and ability to lead and guide junior modelers.
• Working knowledge of BIM 360 Suite, Assemble, Synchro, Navisworks, BIM-enabled quantity takeoff, and estimating tools.
• Knowledge of industry BIM standards, processes, and approaches.

Project and team coordination

• Plan, schedule, conduct, and coordinate technical and management aspects of multidisciplinary projects.
• Provide Revit support to the MEP department on design and technical issues.
• Coordinate 3D models with structural, architectural, and MEP teams for reviews.
• Set up projects to relevant CAD/BIM standards and establish documented processes, procedures, and workflows.
• Initiate models for production, divide work among team members, monitor standards and model size, and manage tool interoperability.
• Ensure COBie or similar information deliverables.

Software and building systems

• Use Revit, AutoCAD MEP, AutoCAD, and Navisworks for BIM and documentation work.
• Apply knowledge of plumbing, firefighting, and HVAC systems and coordinate building systems to identify and resolve clashes.
• Create accurate 3D models and detailed drawings, schematics, and specifications; review models for quality and coordination.
• Apply COBie implementation and delivery knowledge, including LOD 300 deliverables.
