🚨 Urgent Hiring: MEP BIM Modeler (3+ Years \| GCC Experience)
📍 Location: Dubai & Abu Dhabi, UAE
🌍 Eligibility: Only candidates currently available in UAE
We are urgently looking for a skilled MEP BIM Modeler with hands-on experience in GCC projects to join our team immediately.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
Develop detailed MEP BIM models using Revit
Prepare shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built models
Perform clash detection and coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams
Ensure compliance with project specifications and BIM standards
Support project delivery within timelines
✅ Requirements:
Minimum 3+ years of experience in MEP BIM Modeling
Mandatory GCC project experience
Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD
Strong understanding of MEP systems and BIM workflows
Good coordination and communication skills
