The role is within the MEP team at the delivery centre in Andheri, Mumbai or Pune.
Role overview
Create detailed 3D models of electrical systems and work with MEP design consulting firms on projects.
Responsibilities
- Develop BIM models for electrical systems, including lighting, power distribution, and fire alarm systems.
- Coordinate electrical designs with mechanical and plumbing systems and resolve interdisciplinary conflicts.
- Produce construction documents, shop drawings, and specifications.
- Perform BIM clash detection and resolve conflicts before construction.
- Support project managers, engineers, and architects throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure code, regulatory, and quality compliance; review and revise models and documents.
Qualifications and experience
- BE/BTech in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field, or ITI/NCTVT certification as an HVAC, electrical, or plumbing draftsman with relevant experience.
- At least 3 years of MEP-specific BIM modeling experience.
Compensation
- Pay starts at ₹300,000 per year.
