Responsibilities
- Develop BIM models for electrical systems, including lighting, power distribution, and fire alarm systems.
- Coordinate electrical designs with mechanical and plumbing systems and resolve interdisciplinary conflicts.
- Produce construction documents, shop drawings, and specifications.
- Perform BIM clash detection and resolve conflicts before construction.
- Support project managers, engineers, and architects throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure code, regulatory, and quality compliance; review and revise models and documents.
Qualifications and experience
- BE/BTech in electrical engineering, architectural engineering, or a related field, or ITI/NCTVT certification as an HVAC, electrical, or plumbing draftsman with relevant experience.
- 2–5 years of experience in electrical design, including BIM modeling.
Compensation
- Pay starts at ₹40,000 per month.

- Work location is in person.
