About The Role
We are seeking a skilled BIM Modeler to support the delivery of infrastructure projects, with a strong focus on water utilities.
The role will involve developing and coordinating 3D BIM models and 2D drawings, ensuring alignment with project standards and supporting multidisciplinary design teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed 3D BIM models using Civil 3D and Revit for infrastructure projects
- Prepare accurate 2D drawings using AutoCAD
- Coordinate models across multiple disciplines, including civil, structural, and MEP
- Ensure compliance with BIM standards, including LOD and BEP requirements
- Perform clash detection and support the resolution of coordination issues
- Extract quantities, schedules, and documentation from BIM models
- Update and maintain models based on design revisions and project requirements
- Support BIM Leads and project teams in delivery and documentation
Requirements
- 3 to 10 years of experience as a BIM Modeler in infrastructure projects
- Strong exposure to water utility systems such as potable water, stormwater, and sewer networks
- Proficiency in:
- Civil 3D
- Revit
- AutoCAD
- Good understanding of BIM workflows, standards, and coordination processes
- Ability to work within multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced project environment
