Role overview

BIM leadership and delivery

• Manage daily office administration activities and ensure smooth office operations.
• Develop and enforce BIM strategy, standards, and workflows aligned to ISO 19650 and client EIRs.
• Own the BEP, TIDP/MIDP, naming conventions, and CDE structure and governance.
• Lead, mentor, and manage BIM Engineers and modellers working onsite and offsite.
• Supervise architectural and structural shop drawings and establish drawing quality checklists.
• Direct multidisciplinary coordination, clash resolution, and model federation across architecture, structure, and MEP.
• Oversee model quality, model health, and QA/QC gates through project stages 5 and 6.
• Govern COBie and asset data and manage PIM-to-AIM handover for operational readiness.
• Interface with clients, consultants, and leadership on deliverables, progress, and risk.

Subcontractors and project scope

• Set modelling standards, LOD, and submission requirements for subcontractors and specialist trades.
• Review, validate, and integrate subcontractor shop and fabrication models into the federated environment.
• Track supply-chain deliverables against the MIDP and drive interface clashes to resolution.
• Own BIM delivery across multiple building components and disciplines in one federated environment.
• Lead client, consultant, contractor, and subcontractor teams toward consistent standards.
• Maintain model performance and data integrity at scale through splitting strategies, audits, and QA/QC.
• Deliver against stage-gated milestones, EIRs, and As-Built/PIM-to-AIM handover.

Required qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of BIM experience in the AEC industry, with proven leadership on major projects.
• Advanced Revit; Navisworks, Revizto, or Solibri; AutoCAD; and CDE platforms such as ACC, Aconex, or ProjectWise.
• Expert knowledge of ISO 19650, LOD/LOIN, COBie, and BIM information management.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and delivery/programme awareness.

Preferred qualifications

• Hospitality, mixed-use, or infrastructure mega-project leadership is preferred.
• Dynamo/automation and design management exposure are preferred.
