Geotech 3D seeks a detail-oriented Architectural Engineer/Coordinator to support real estate project coordination and documentation in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
What you’ll do
- Coordinate registration projects from document collection through submission and approval.
- Follow up with clients, consultants, developers, and authorities on approvals, comments, and missing requirements.
- Maintain project trackers, submission status, action items, and deadlines.
- Coordinate architectural drawings, unit schedules, GIS/GFA requirements, NOCs, title and registration documents, and related submissions.
- Support submissions and follow-up with DARI, ADM, ADGM, and other relevant authorities.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare action points, and ensure timely stakeholder follow-up.
- Support document quality checks before submission.
Who we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering required.
- Experience in real estate registration, strata, or property registration required.
- Good understanding of registration documents and architectural drawings required.
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills required.
- UAE and Abu Dhabi experience required; candidate must be based in Abu Dhabi.
- Ready to join immediately.
Pay
- Pay starts at AED 5,000 per month.
Work location
- Work location is in person in Abu Dhabi.
