Responsibilities
- Own the BIM Execution Plan and modeling standards across disciplines.
- Manage BIM coordinators and the clash-detection and coordination process.
- Ensure federated model quality, LOD compliance, and 4D/5D integration.
- Escalate unresolved model conflicts to the TM.
Requirements
- Minimum 8–10 years of relevant construction-industry experience.
Pay
- AED 10,000–12,000 per month.
