Role Description
The BIM Engineer is responsible for developing and managing Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes, collaborating with architectural, structural, and MEP teams, and creating accurate construction drawings.
The role also involves ensuring that designs align with project specifications and industry standards.
This is a full-time on-site position based in Dubai.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and processes
- Skill in creating and refining Construction Drawings
- Knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems
- Familiarity with architectural design and concepts
- Understanding of Civil Engineering principles
- Strong collaboration and communication skills for multidisciplinary teamwork
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Experience in the construction or design industry is a plus
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations
