Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a BIM Coordinator based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with partial flexibility for remote work.
The BIM Coordinator will oversee the coordination and implementation of Building Information Modeling (BIM) systems across various Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) projects.
Responsibilities
include creating and maintaining BIM models, coordinating with Architecture and Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) teams, facilitating model-based collaboration, and ensuring all deliverables align with project standards.
The role also involves providing technical support, troubleshooting BIM workflows, and assisting with project management tasks to meet deadlines and project objectives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and experience with BIM Coordination
- Knowledge of Architecture and Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems
- Strong Project Management abilities to plan, coordinate, and deliver project outcomes on time
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in multi-disciplinary teams
- Familiarity with industry-standard BIM software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks) is essential
- Ability to adapt to hybrid working schedules and perform effectively in remote environments when required
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Architecture, Engineering, or related fields
- PMP certification or equivalent is an advantage
