Manage and lead BIM-related activities for US and EMEA projects, working with regional teams and the BIM Manager.
Oversee BIM execution, Revit modeling, coordination, approvals, progress reporting, and project deliverable quality and timelines.
Modeling and coordination
- Develop and maintain Revit 3D models for mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing systems; produce 2D/3D drawings, shop drawings, and coordination layouts.
- Follow project BIM Execution Plans and standards; support ACC hub and model setup, coordination spaces, reviews, and workflow development.
- Support multidisciplinary clash detection using Navisworks or BIM 360, resolve design conflicts, and update models after revisions, RFIs, and meetings.
- Perform model quality checks and maintain accurate files and data in the Common Data Environment.
- Use or develop familiarity with Scan-to-BIM processes, Revit, Autodesk Assemble, Autodesk Forma, Dynamo, automation workflows, and Unifi.
Qualifications and requirements
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or a related field.
- 3–8 years of BIM coordination and modeling experience for architectural, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, ACC/BIM 360, Autodesk XR, Cupix, and Revitzo.
- Knowledge of Dynamo, Python, or other automation tools is a plus.
- Autodesk Certified Professional (Revit MEP) or another BIM-related certification is preferred.
