IPS is seeking an Architect for its Delhi location.
The role supports technically complex facilities, primarily in the life sciences industry, across architecture, engineering, construction management, and related services.
Position Responsibilities
- Lead complex architectural projects from initial concept through construction while aligning work with client vision and business goals.
- Provide technical guidance, conduct quality control, and oversee design development and construction documents.
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, contractors, and internal teams while presenting proposals and managing expectations.
- Mentor junior architects and designers and foster continuous learning and high standards.
- Ensure designs meet safety, sustainability, and regulatory standards using BIM and other tools.
- Manage timelines, budgets, resources, and risks for large-scale projects.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovations.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's in Architecture or Master's in Architecture.
- Licensed Architect, such as through the Council of Architecture.
- 10+ years of architectural design experience with proven complex-project leadership.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, visualization tools such as Twinmotion and Photoshop, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, problem-solving, leadership, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in English.
- Deep understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and sustainability principles including LEED and IGBC.
