Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain BIM models for IT, ELV, and AV systems using Revit and AutoCAD.
- Prepare detailed shop drawings, as-built drawings, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with MEP, architectural, and structural teams to resolve clashes.
- Ensure compliance with project BIM standards and client requirements.
- Assist in design development, system layouts, and equipment placement.
- Generate BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and material take-offs.
- Support project teams with technical drawings during execution.
- Maintain drawing revisions and documentation control.
- Participate in coordination meetings and design reviews.
- Ensure all drawings align with Saudi codes and industry standards.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in:
- AutoCAD (2D drafting).
- Revit (BIM modeling).
- Navisworks (clash detection) would be advantage.
- Knowledge of ELV systems design (CCTV, access control, structured cabling, AV).
- Familiarity with BIM standards (LOD, IFC, coordination workflows).
- Experience in GCC/Saudi Arabia projects is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
