Minimum Qualifications
- · Bachelor's degree in engineering is required. Mechanical, Industrial or Chemical Engineering
- · 2 years of directly related BIM or design coordination experience.
- · Autodesk certification or advanced BIM training is preferred.
- No Immigration Sponsorship Available for this role.
Preferred Qualifications
- · Experience coordinating BIM models for industrial, manufacturing, semiconductor, water treatment, or process facility projects.
- · Proficiency with Autodesk Revit, Navisworks Manage, AutoCAD Plant 3D, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), and Bluebeam Revu.
- · Demonstrated experience with clash detection, model federation, BIM Execution Plans, model quality reviews, multidisciplinary coordination, and tracking clashes through documented resolution and closure.
- · Working knowledge of industrial piping systems and pipe supports, including support types, placement considerations, load paths, structural interfaces, constructability, and coordination requirements.
- · Experience using AutoCAD Plant 3D for piping and equipment model review, coordination, and design collaboration.
- Annual or Hourly Compensation Range:
- $85K-$115K Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
- · Autodesk certification or advanced BIM training is preferred.
