Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage daily billing and billing adjustment operations to ensure accurate and timely processing.
- Monitor billing queues, workload distribution, and service level agreement (SLA) adherence.
- Review and approve complex billing transactions, invoice corrections, pricing adjustments, credit notes, and debit notes.
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, disputes, and customer inquiries.
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Logistics, Finance, and IT teams to ensure smooth Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and company policies.
- Analyze billing performance metrics and prepare periodic reports for management.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and drive automation initiatives.
- Support month-end and quarter-end closing activities.
- Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and implementation of billing process enhancements.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and customer experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7-10 years of experience in OTC, specifically in Billing and Billing adjustments
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder‐management skills.
- Proficiency in ERP/CRM platforms and Microsoft Office tools, SAP understanding will be an advantage.
