Bike Rider
About This Role
Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and responsible Rider to deliver orders to customers in a timely and professional manner. The ideal candidate should have excellent navigation skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and a commitment to providing great customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick up and deliver orders (food, packages, or documents) safely and on time
- Plan and follow the most efficient routes for delivery
- Verify delivery details (address, contact number, items) before leaving
- Handle cash or digital payments when required
- Maintain communication with dispatch or operations team
- Ensure the vehicle (motorbike/bicycle) is in good working condition
- Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries
Requirements:
- Valid driving license (motorcycle, if applicable)
- Own bike or company-provided vehicle (specify if needed)
- Good knowledge of local routes and navigation apps
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors
- Basic communication skills (English; additional languages are a plus)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a delivery rider or courier
- Familiarity with delivery apps and GPS systems
