Role Overview
We are looking for energetic and dedicated **fresher bike riders** to join our delivery team in the UAE.
This is a **direct hiring** opportunity for candidates currently in **India** who are eager to start a professional career in the Gulf region.
You will be responsible for providing efficient and timely delivery services in a modern urban environment.
Key Responsibilities
- **Daily Targets:** Successfully complete a mandatory target of **20 deliveries per day**.
- **Prompt Delivery:** Ensure all items are delivered safely and on time to various locations across the city.
- **Route Planning:** Utilise navigation tools to identify the quickest routes, ensuring maximum productivity.
- **Professionalism:** Serve as a brand ambassador by providing polite and professional service to all customers.
- **Safe Operation:** Operate the company vehicle responsibly, strictly following all UAE traffic regulations.
Working Conditions
- **Duty Hours:** 12 hours per shift.
- **Weekly Off:** 1 day per week.
Requirements
- **Location:** Open to candidates currently residing in **India**.
- **Experience:** Fresher (No prior delivery experience required).
- **Traits:** Hard-working, punctual, and able to meet daily delivery quotas consistently.
- **Skills:** Basic English communication and the ability to use smartphone applications for navigation.
