  • Deliver high-quality submissions on time in line with governance and quality procedures.
  • Support handover to delivery teams after contract award.
  • Use African markets experience and manage French-speaking projects and stakeholders.

Qualifications and experience

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field.
  • 8–12 years of construction experience, including at least 5 years in bid management or tendering.

  • Familiarity with FIDIC and EPC, Design-Build, and ECI contracting models.
  • Experience working in or leading consortia, joint ventures, and multinational bid teams.
  • Training in commercial management, contract law, or project management is an advantage.

Competencies

  • Strong understanding of marine and infrastructure construction methodologies.
  • Advanced contractual and commercial risk analysis skills.
  • Ability to manage tender planning, scheduling, documentation, and financial oversight.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, leadership, organization, critical thinking, and decision-making.
  • Able to work effectively in multicultural, fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
