Mian Job Responsibilities
- Define and execute the BI and analytics strategy aligned with organizational goals.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of BI developers, data analysts, and reporting specialists.
- Establish clear objectives, KPIs, and performance metrics for the team.
- Promote a data-driven culture across the organization
Business Intelligence & Reporting
- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of interactive dashboards and reports for all business units.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of business insights to stakeholders.
- Standardize reporting processes and implement best practices for visualization and storytelling.
Advanced Analytics & Insights
- Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for data-driven decision-making.
- Conduct trend analysis, forecasting, and predictive modelling to support strategic initiatives.
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
Data Governance & Quality
- Implement and enforce data governance policies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and improve data quality, integrity, and security across systems.
- Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to maintain robust data pipelines and architecture.
Technology & Innovation
- Manage BI tools and platforms (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, etc.) and ensure optimal utilization.
- Drive automation of reporting processes and integration of advanced analytics capabilities.
- Stay updated on emerging BI technologies and recommend adoption where relevant
- Bachelor s or master s degree in data Analytics, Computer Science,
- Information Systems, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in BI, data analytics, or reporting, with at least 3
- years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in managing BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik) and SQL-
- based data manipulation.
- Strong understanding of data warehousing, ETL processes, and cloud
- platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
