This is the role that gets you to running your own store, and here that's a real path, not a maybe.

The roster: (because it's what you really want to know): No Sunday hours. Every second Saturday off. Three days off in a row every second weekend. That's rare in retail. Here, it's just how we roster.

The job: You'll help run the store hands-on and on the floor, leading the team alongside your Store Manager and stepping up when they're away. You'll be in the work, stock, service, standards, learning every part of running a store by doing it.

What you get: $29.45 base hourly rate + penalty rates + overtime rates each week + 17.5% leave loading, and structured development built to get you to Store Manager.
