Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Welcome arriving guests and move luggage from vehicles to reception and guest rooms; assist departing guests with luggage to their vehicles.
• Handle and deliver luggage, personal belongings, messages, packages, parcels, and guest mail safely and promptly.
• Escort guests to rooms when required and provide information, directions, and assistance with inquiries.
• Support Concierge errands, lobby operations, door opening, room changes, and newspaper distribution.
• Coordinate with Front Office and Concierge teams; maintain luggage trolley and storage-area cleanliness and organization.
• Protect guest belongings and promptly report concerns, incidents, or unusual occurrences to a supervisor or manager.
• Follow hotel policies, grooming standards, health and safety procedures, and security regulations; support daily operations with teamwork and flexibility.

What we are looking for

• Previous Bellman, Bell Attendant, or similar guest-facing experience is preferred; five-star or luxury hotel experience is an advantage.
• Good verbal English communication is expected; additional languages are an asset.
• Requires a friendly, professional manner, strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, and physical fitness to handle luggage safely.
• Knowledge of hotel facilities, services, and local attractions; ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining service standards.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
