About voco Doha Central
The hotel has 147 rooms and suites, an indoor pool, fitness centre, spa, dining venues, and event spaces.
Hotel amenities include Choices, a Lobby Lounge, in-room dining, treatment rooms, Moroccan baths, a steam room, and a sauna.
Day-to-day responsibilities
- Welcome guests, assist with luggage, escort guests to rooms, and introduce hotel facilities, room features, and essential information.
- Deliver luggage, messages, newspapers, amenities, and guest requests accurately and within service standards.
- Handle luggage securely during arrivals, departures, storage, and retrieval; assist with guest transportation and transfers.
- Maintain the presentation of the lobby, bell desk, guest areas, buggies, and vehicles, and report maintenance or safety concerns.
- Answer questions about hotel services, transportation, and local attractions; coordinate with Front Office and other departments for VIP arrivals and special requests.
What we need
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Bell Services, Concierge, or Valet operations, preferably in a midscale or premium hotel.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent English; additional language skills are an advantage.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
