The Bell Attendant helps create memorable guest experiences through luggage assistance, guest orientation, and warm hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Greet and escort arriving and departing guests.
- Transport, retrieve, organize, and store luggage in accordance with hotel standards and procedures.
- Familiarize guests with their rooms and amenities.
- Operate property vehicles to take guests to and from designated destinations.
- Keep bell carts and work areas clean and in good working order.
