  • Provide one-on-one behavioral and treatment interventions according to prescribed treatment plans
  • Assist children and adolescents in developing age-appropriate functioning and reducing service dependency
  • Support parents and family members through training and guidance on behavioral strategies
  • Travel to clients’ homes, schools, or service locations on a daily basis
  • Educate families and professionals on maintaining positive behavioral change
  • Ability to pass PA Criminal, Child Abuse, and FBI Clearances
  • One of the following:
  • Certified as BCaBA, RBT, or BCAT
  • 2 years’ prior Behavioral Health Certification or Behavior Analysis Certification from a National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA) or American National Standards Institute (ANSI) accredited organization
  • High School diploma and 40hr RBT Training Certification (or the ability to complete within the first 10 days of hire—paid training time included)
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience providing Behavioral Health services
  • Previous experience working with individuals with emotional and behavioral challenges
  • Experience implementing individualized treatment plans
