Connect Veterans to behavioral health and substance use resources >> Coordinate care with the VA and community partners >> Support intake, discharge planning, and advocacy efforts >> Help reduce stigma around seeking mental health treatment >> Play a key role in improving outcomes for Veterans experiencing housing instability

Location: Detroit, Michigan > Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred > Minimum 2 years of experience in behavioral health, healthcare, human services, or a related field
