Behavior Support Provider

Cadence Care Network has an immediate opening for a Behavior Support Provider (BSP) to join our foster care team. This position will provide mental health services to clients and caregivers in the home or community using a variety of therapeutic approaches as determined in the client's individualized service plan. The BSP will provide mental health interventions that address symptoms, behaviors, and emotional well-being to assist an individual in eliminating barriers to seeking or maintaining independence in personal, educational, and occupational environments. Qualifications: -minimum of High School Diploma plus 3 years' experience. Bachelor's degree in social work or closely related field preferred. -Experience in mental health and working with youth and families. -ability to maintain a flexible work schedule that meets the needs of clients served, i.e. non-traditional schedule that may include evenings and weekends. -Valid driver's license, insurance, and the ability to use your car for work, or have access to transportation to work.
