Role Description
The Beauty Therapist & Laser Technician (DHA) role is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai.
This role involves performing a range of beauty and skin care treatments, including laser hair removal and other hair removal procedures, in accordance with clinic protocols and DHA regulations.
The Beauty Therapist & Laser Technician will assess client needs, recommend appropriate treatment plans, maintain detailed treatment records, and ensure a safe, hygienic, and comfortable environment.
The role also includes educating clients on pre- and post-treatment care, managing appointment schedules, and collaborating with colleagues to deliver high-quality service and support overall clinic operations.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in cosmetology, including knowledge of beauty treatments, facial therapies, and skin analysis.
- Hands-on experience with hair removal procedures, including waxing, threading, or related techniques.
- Proficiency in laser hair removal treatments, with the ability to operate laser devices safely and effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on client comfort, communication, and satisfaction.
- In-depth understanding of skin care principles, products, and treatment protocols for different skin types.
- Valid DHA license or eligibility to obtain DHA licensing for laser and beauty therapy practice in Dubai.
- Attention to hygiene, infection control, and safety standards in a clinical or salon setting.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team, manage time efficiently, and adapt to client scheduling needs.
- Relevant diploma or certification in beauty therapy, cosmetology, or laser technology.
- Prior experience in a medical spa, dermatology clinic, or beauty clinic is an advantage.
