YouNew Polyclinic is seeking a professional and customer-focused Beauty Therapist for its aesthetic and beauty team in Dubai.
The role provides beauty and aesthetic services while supporting client care, comfort, and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform professional beauty and aesthetic treatments according to clinic standards.
- Conduct client consultations and understand individual beauty and skincare requirements.
- Provide facials, skin cleansing, waxing, threading, body treatments, and other services based on qualifications and experience.
- Assist with skincare and beauty treatment recommendations.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and infection-control procedures.
- Prepare treatment rooms and ensure equipment and products are properly maintained.
- Maintain accurate client treatment records and follow clinic procedures.
- Provide professional aftercare instructions to clients.
- Ensure a welcoming, comfortable, and professional client experience.
- Promote appropriate clinic services and packages when suitable.
- Work closely with doctors, nurses, and other clinic team members when required.
- Follow clinic policies, health and safety procedures, and UAE regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Diploma or certification in Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, Aesthetics, or a related field.
- Previous experience as a Beauty Therapist in a clinic, beauty center, medical spa, or aesthetic environment is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of skincare and professional beauty treatments.
- Excellent personal presentation and professional communication skills.
- Friendly, confident, and customer-oriented personality.
- Ability to understand clients' needs and provide personalized service.
- Good English communication skills.
- Additional languages such as Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, or other languages are an advantage.
- Ability to work professionally as part of a team.
- Candidates available to join immediately will be preferred.

- Work location is in person in Dubai.
