The role emphasizes professionalism, hygiene, and compassionate support in a healthcare setting.
Responsibilities
- Assist registered nurses and doctors with daily patient care.
- Prepare patients for consultations, procedures, and treatments.
- Monitor and record vital signs and basic health information.
- Assist with patient mobility, comfort, and general care needs.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and infection control standards.
- Prepare and organize treatment rooms and medical supplies.
- Support nursing documentation and maintain accurate patient records.
- Provide compassionate assistance and support a positive patient experience.
- Follow clinic policies, safety guidelines, and healthcare protocols.
Requirements
- Valid Assistant Nurse certification or license; DHA eligibility or UAE healthcare experience is preferred.
- Nursing qualification from a recognized institution.
- Previous clinic, hospital, or healthcare facility experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of basic nursing procedures and patient care.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills; professional attitude and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Preferred skills
- Outpatient clinics, dermatology, aesthetics, or general medical clinic experience is advantageous.
- Ability to assist doctors and nursing staff during procedures.
- Good patient handling and customer service skills.
