The role involves customer consultations, product recommendations, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Requirements
- Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
- Strong skincare, dermocosmetics, and beauty product knowledge is required.
- Understand skincare ingredients, skin types, and common skin concerns.
- Excellent sales, persuasion, customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills are sought.
- Previous skincare, beauty retail, or pharmaceutical product experience is highly preferred.
- Pharmacy, skincare store, or beauty retail experience; familiarity with international brands; and a record of sales results are preferred.
Key responsibilities
- Provide professional skincare and beauty product consultations and help customers choose suitable products.
- Promote products, achieve monthly sales targets, and explain benefits, ingredients, and usage.
- Identify customer needs, recommend skincare routines, and build long-term relationships that encourage repeat purchases.
- Stay current on products, brands, and trends; support merchandising and keep product displays organized.
Pay
- Pay is AED 1,500–2,500 per month.
Work location
- Work is in person.
