The role provides customer consultations and product recommendations while working toward sales targets.
Requirements
- Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
- Strong skincare, dermocosmetic, and beauty product knowledge; understanding of ingredients, skin types, and common concerns.
- Strong sales, persuasion, customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Previous experience in skincare, beauty retail, or pharmaceutical products is preferred.
- Familiarity with international skincare and dermocosmetic brands and a record of sales-target achievement are preferred.
- Ability to recommend products to customers and build relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Provide professional skincare and beauty consultations and help customers choose suitable products.
- Promote products, work toward monthly sales targets, and explain product benefits, ingredients, and proper usage.
- Identify customer needs, recommend skincare routines, provide excellent service, and encourage repeat purchases through lasting relationships.
- Stay informed about new products, brands, and industry trends; support merchandising and maintain organized displays.
