We are a boutique salon with a small, close-knit team (5 staff) looking for a strong and organised Salon Receptionist to ensure smooth daily operations and maintain high service standards.
This is a hands-on role combining front desk management, team supervision, and client experience control.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily staff briefings and assign daily focus/tasks
- Ensure all team members follow salon SOPs at all times
- Monitor daily performance, discipline, and service standards
- Ensure KPIs and daily targets are understood and actively followed
- Oversee smooth salon flow from reception to treatment rooms
- Handle client concerns or complaints professionally and immediately
- Manage bookings, WhatsApp, calls, payments, and retail sales
- Maintain a premium client experience at all times
- Report daily updates and issues directly to management

What We Are Looking For
- Strong personality with leadership presence
- Highly organised and detail-focused
- Experience in salon or hospitality front desk/supervisory role
- Able to manage staff behaviour and maintain standards
- Good communication skills and client handling ability
- Willing to learn basic beauty and nail service knowledge

Salary
- AED 4,000 – 4,500 fixed salary
- Based on experience and performance during probation

Important Note
This is a small boutique salon environment, not a large spa or multi-branch management role.
The focus is on maintaining daily structure, discipline, and service excellence within a close team.
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
