Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Beauty Advisor-Sales based in Riyadh. The Beauty Advisor will play a key role in guiding clients through their RIVIVE journey, from first contact to consultation, package presentation, and membership conversion.
We are looking for a confident, polished, and performance-driven professional who can build trust with clients, understand their needs, present suitable solutions, and deliver a premium customer experience aligned with the RIVIVE brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with leads and interested clients
- Support bookings and client consultation flow
- Present packages and personalized solutions
- Maintain accurate CRM records and client profiles
- Deliver a premium and professional customer experience
- Work closely with the team to support smooth operations
- Perform within sales targets, KPIs, and performance tracking
Qualifications
- Experience in sales, beauty, wellness, luxury retail, hospitality, or client-facing roles
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confidence in presenting services and closing sales
- Comfortable working with targets, KPIs, and performance tracking
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- CRM experience
- Bilingual communication
