About This Role

TP-Link Saudi Arabia is seeking a highly driven Business Development Manager – ISP to lead the growth of our Internet Service Provider (ISP) business across the Kingdom.

The role is responsible for developing strategic ISP partnerships, driving revenue growth, and expanding TP-Link’s presence in the broadband, networking, and connectivity ecosystem in Saudi Arabia.

Job Description :

Business Development & Growth

  • Identify, develop, and manage ISP accounts across KSA
  • Drive adoption of TP-Link networking and broadband solutions within ISP networks
  • Build and execute account strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
  • Identify new business opportunities within fiber, broadband, and managed services ecosystem

Sales & Account Management

  • Own end-to-end ISP sales cycle from lead generation to closure
  • Manage relationships with key decision-makers in ISP organizations
  • Negotiate commercial agreements and ensure long-term partnerships
  • Maintain strong pipeline visibility and accurate forecasting

Strategic Partnerships

  • Develop strong engagement with Tier-1 and Tier-2 ISPs in Saudi Arabia
  • Work closely with telecom ecosystem partners and consultants
  • Position TP-Link as a preferred vendor for ISP infrastructure solutions

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Coordinate with Product, Presales, and Technical teams for solution alignment
  • Support product positioning and go-to-market strategies for ISP segment
  • Provide market insights, competitor intelligence, and customer feedback

Reporting & Market Intelligence

  • Track performance against KPIs and revenue targets
  • Provide regular business updates and forecast reports
  • Monitor industry trends in ISP and telecom sector in KSA

What Talent Do You Bring?

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Telecommunications, Electronics, or related field
  • 5–8 years of experience in ISP, Telecom, or Broadband Infrastructure sales/business development
  • Strong understanding of ISP network architecture , including FTTH, GPON, OLT/ONT, CPE, and access network solutions
  • Proven experience selling or managing networking and broadband equipment portfolios (routers, switches, Wi-Fi systems, enterprise access solutions)
  • Strong exposure to ISP service providers, last-mile connectivity providers, and broadband operators in KSA
  • Ability to position and sell end-to-end connectivity solutions (CPE, Wi-Fi, switching, and access infrastructure)
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in large-scale ISP contracts and pricing models
  • Experience working with channel partners, system integrators, and telecom ecosystem stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of FTTH rollouts, broadband expansion projects, and managed Wi-Fi services
  • Excellent negotiation, solution selling, and account development skills
  • Arabic language skills are an advantage
