Ed Napleton Automotive Group is seeking a motivated BDC Representative to join our team at Clermont CDJR .

• Hourly Pay: Starting at $15.00/hr
• Commission: $15 per customer brought into dealership $20 per customer that buys After 90 days: $25 per Show and $25 per Sold

• Handle inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, and internet inquiries
• Set sales and service appointments and follow up to ensure high show rates
• Re-engage missed and no-show customers
• Contact customers regarding current marketing incentives
• Provide product information and highlight key features
• Maintain organized follow-up through CRM to encourage repeat and referral business
• Deliver exceptional customer service at all times

• Strong computer and communication skills
• Call center or high-volume phone experience preferred
• Automotive experience helpful but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be 18+ years old and able to pass a background check
